Referrals for Individual or Group Counseling:

If your child or family are interested in receiving services from CCC, please contact your school counselor and/or school social worker to be referred. Once CCC has received your referral, we will be in touch within two business days to discuss your child or family’s needs and discuss next steps.

Please note, we are unable to accept self-referrals at this time; to receive services at CCC, you must contact your school counselor or school social worker and they must refer your child/family to us.
