Following your referral, you will be contacted by CCC administrative staff to briefly discuss your child’s needs as well as the services that we are currently offering (e.g., individual vs family vs group counseling). Availability of services is on a first-come, first-served basis.
After the consultation phone call, the administrative staff will send the parent or guardian the appropriate paperwork that must be completed to schedule the initial session. This paperwork will vary depending on the type of service, but could include:
- Background/history of client,
- Consent for Services including consent to video record sessions,
- Privacy Practices, and
- Group Therapy Consent Form
After the paperwork is completed, the child or family can begin services. They will be matched with a clinician, who will contact the parent/guardian to schedule the first session.
Please note, the parent or guardian will be required to meet with the counselor, in person or via telehealth, prior to the child’s first one-on-one meeting with the counselor
